I have a JVC QL-F4 that had the problem to lock the quartz from rotation 33 which I fixed according to what you taught in your post, just adding a 1k resistor between pins 12 and 14 of the IC.
All right.
The problem is that after a while, the turntable is having a problem:
when I turn it on cold, the rotations 33 and 45 do not lock. After a while on, then yes they crash.
What could it be?
