Nice speakers. Sounded better using low-powered amp -- 30wpc was fine. Nothing terribly compelling about them really. A recap probably would've improved detail on the high end but the cabinets were sealed and would've required cutting to access crossovers. I actually prefer the KLH Model 17. Smaller sized and a nice East Coast sound. Kind of warm but not colored. Easy to recap and sound like new.
