I also have a KA-3500 that I have been running for several years. I recently bought a pair of Polk Monitor 5jr speakers that really match up well with the KA-3500. I also run it through a Pioneer RG2 Dynamic Processor which I feel adds a bit of depth. It’ A great little receiver!

I go from the turntable to a Phono Pre amp, to a passive pre amp into my ST-70 out to Dynaco A25's. Nice for Jazz.

I agree with malden, I have the Miracord 10 Studio Series, and I use the shure M44-7. It seems to be a good match for all the reasons malden mentioned.

I use a active USB cable it works great. It contains active electronics which boost the USB signal for maximum reliability and performance over extended distances. I Highly recommend. usb -A to usb-B.

It is definitely one system...so I am pretty sure it's dual voice coil in there. I'll open them up an take a look, and replace " those rusty screws". so if it is dual coil should I plug amp outs (4) r&l to the single set on the sub? Then from sub speakers? Thanks for you help!

Yes, I have the matching speakers that work with this sub. They sound great without the sub. However I would like to put the sub in the system. I'm pretty sure its not a dual voice coil driver. I had never heard of Triad speakers, they fly under the radar. they sound great, first started in...

I really feel stupid, but I’m not exactly sure how to hook this old Triad passive subwoofer to a vintage pioneer sa-6500 amp. Since there is only (2) sets of connectors, not 4, like I have had before in, R-L, in from the amp, then out R-L, back to the speakers. This sub only has 2 sets...

I have a pair of JBL Heritage 16ohm/8ohm. I wold like to get them up off of the floor, by placing these subwoffers under each one. what are your expert opinions??? these are large floor standers with 4 inch feet. 27X27 by 26 approx.. Think I should get them higher??
