Picked up a Philips CD-60 at a yard sale for $5. What is good about the player? I know it has the DAC everybody wants. What are the mods that can be done to make it better? Any idea for service manual and schematic?

Have a 4020 tuner (FM only). Need both owners and Service Manual with schematic. The problem I think is the automatic gain control just runs away overloading the front end of the tuner. Sounds terrible. It needs a recap after 36 yrs. Any help will be welcome.

Recapping my Mission 737R's . The wiring is almost too short. The crossover is wired point to point on the banana plugs. Thinking about redoing it the right way. No boards inside speaker.
