Perhaps the cartridge would require a metal housing that must be grounded and a non-metal arm might perhaps be best although a metal (grounded) arm would shield the wiring. Many things to consider!
SoNic67, I think you are looking at a 1 bit DAC (conversion) approach whereas the NO-DAC approach is using a LPF (Low Pass Filter/NoDac) approach to realize the analogue signal from the DSD pulse bit data?
