This tells the story fairly well. Guenther initially imported the Braun audio products and sold them through ADS. Then, he imported the drivers and installed them in ADS cabinets. Then he started manufacturing his own drivers...
Just had these serviced for the first time since buying them in the mid 70’s.
I’d now like to update them with original metal grills and the stands/legs that attach in the back.

I’ve been using my 300 since buying it new in 1977. I use the preamp to power tri-amplified Braun LV 1020’s and also patch into the power amp to connect Stax electrostatic headphones through the speaker jacks.
Everything still going strong and sounding great.
I bought my 300 new in the mid ‘70’s because I needed a unit with a preamp out to connect with my Braun LV 1020 tri-amplified speakers.
Still using both although I had to replace the woofers along the way. I patch back into the power amp to power a pair of Stax SR5/SRD6 electrostatic headphones.
