I always look for the out of date stuff left over in stores. You can usually buy some three year old, but brand new, speakers for about 1/2 the original cost. Just don't get brand specific, and listen to whatever you buy a lot before you buy it. There are plenty of good scores to be had out there.

I am running the cc 370, monitor 7 fronts, mini monitor rears, B&W 10" and 12" subs, and I love the sound. From what I'm told, the tweeters are the important match ups, and all of the monitor series are running the same tweets.
