The 30's did not use the old advent woofers. They changed after the DQ20's. I cannot remember what the change to but info is out on the web. I'm sure the Advents would not work even after replacing the surround. The 30's were base reflex boxes.

Sorry for your loss. The crossover diagram and the layout of my Fours seem about the same but like the diagram of my 17s I cannot figure out what Henry Kloss was doing. Did you get the surrounds resealed? No pics of the front.

Please try to mount those horns from the front they may not fit but should be smother sounding if you do.
