Hi All, I have a VPI Classic 3 (Signature) with a SDS and I have been trying to track down a hum when playing 33 rpm. I did the following but no luck. Checked tonearm leads with a multimeter and all good. I checked ground at the RCA junction box and it was fine. I tried plugging in the table...

Went back to KT150s from EL34’s on the PL amp. Just got past the point where the shrillness is gone. These tubes make me air guitar and do virtual drum solos again . :) . Playing Aerosmith through Zus.
