Joe B, if you come across Bose 601 series lll, those are really nice if you find them $200 or less. They don't require much power either. As for impedance ratings, as long as your amp is rated 4-ohm, you should be okay with most speakers in the 4-8 ohm range. Good luck and welcome to Ak!

I just read his ad so who knows what he's got, but in fact it is the second biggest receiver, not amp that Sansui made for home stereo. Both the G33000 and BA5000 which I still have were a bit bigger.
