I scored a Marantz 2245 a few weeks ago and connected it to a pair of JBL L-65 Jubal speakers. I can personally tell you that the 2245 is capable of pumping out some very serious volume with absolutely prodigious low bass. I am quite impressed with my new-to-me 2245. Regards, Rick
