Refurbing my early 70's 2270.
While depopulating one of the boards it appears that part of the circuit on the back came off with one of the capacitor leads. The little metal ring that the lead welds to and maybe some if the circuit path attached to that.
Any advise here?
I was thinking to just solder to where the path is, or maybe lay a wire from the capacitor lead to the circuit path if its a little longer.
Will the circuit path take solder - or does it have to be the little metal ring around the capacitor lead hole?
