Congrats! Good luck with the Adcom. Make sure you just keep an eye on the PS caps for leakage. When I downsized last year, I parted ways with my two GFA-585's and a Nelson Pass GFP-750 that I purchased brand new. The best combination I have ever owned. Protected everything with multiple ACE-515's.View attachment 1405326 View attachment 1405327 After finding a 545 at an Estate Sale for $20 I started down the path of adding more power to my system. Topped it off by adding two wonderfully restored 555 brought back to life by AK’er Mayank (please see post in Feedback forum). My speakers have never sounded so good.
Welcome to AK and enjoy!! There's an Introduction thread you should say hi in there!Nice system! I'm new here (1st post) but just added a 545II to my system as well and am in love with it. Congrats on the sweet deal too!

Enjoy the Adcom, great sound!
My 2535 drives the JBL 4301's. Great combo they can run on their own or as rears to the main L200t3's with the MC 2200. 2 ways rule. That is the plan! One of the systems is a 4.1 set up using the 555/Von Schweikert VR2’s combo for the front speakers and a 535/Paradigm Mini Monitor for the rears, Triad Bronze Subwoofer and a Sherbourn PT 7000 as the preamp. I am listening to DVD-A version of “The Last Waltz”. Awesome sound!!
