Additional parameter for search

Would it be possible to add an additional parameter to the search engine? I was thinking of including a keyword for the thread title. Like I was searching for post on how to bias an SX 1980 and I get random post for SX1980 and bias for other models. If a keyword in the thread title is included, I will be directed to a post where the SX 1980 is discussed and biasing would be the topic in the post
