Anyone had problems with Pink Floyd digital download?

Has anybody had problems with the Pink Floyd digital downloads that come with the recent vinyl reissues? I went to web site and downloaded DSOTM fine. But when I went to download WYWH, the computer kind of coughed up a hairball. When I went back in to try again, the web site threw up an error message saying that the code had already been used.

I looked for a contact email on the download or vinyl web site, but could not find any. I tried sending an email from the main Pink Floyd web site, that was several weeks ago, with no reply.

PS - I'd avoid prime time for such downloads. No promises, but it does improve your chances to avoid any system hiccups.

Just curious, are these downloads lossless? WHF's son very thoughtfully got me one of the WYWH reissues for Xmas but unfortunately he left it sealed and when I opened it it was mispressed! He apparently has a replacement but I haven't had a chance to see him since. I don't have WYWH on CD so it would be a bonus if I could download in CD quality or better!
