Anyone know these speakers? Can't find any info...

Hi Pioneer-sters,
Wondering if anyone knows of these Pioneer SX-440D speakers:





They look pretty fancy, and I know some of the "SX series" receivers are highly regarded.
They are too far away for me inspect in person but am thinking of bidding on them.
Can't find any info on the net, and buyer doesn't know anything.
Any info/specs would be appreciated.

Any pictures of the rear?
Any serial numbers? (this would help determine year of manufacture).
In a couple days I can check to see if they appear in my Pioneer Bible...
