Anyone recognize this electric stapler?

I found this electric stapler in the bulk trash area with a free sign on it, I always wanted an electric stapler and it works fine and takes standard staples.
The only problem, (Well not really since it works but I am curious to find out the make and model of it) is that there is no manufacturer and only a cryptic model and serial tag on the unit that was covered by the plastic housing that I removed for the photo.

There is a P.B on the bottom but I don't know what that is for

The only P-B I can think of offhand is Pitney Bowes. They made lots of equipment for the office. Mailing, gathering, sorting, etc.
