These are big and heavy, so it's a long shot that anyone going this way would have the spare space, but I'm posting just in case.

My brother-in law should have possession within a few days, but there is no rush to get them from him to me.

This is a bit of a stretch but I am in Columbus, OH. In a few days or couple of weeks I'll be going up to northern OH to deliver a preamp. This trip is flexible. Couple of times during the summer I'll be driving a to Elgin, IL which is northwest of Chicago. Maybe something can be worked out. I have a Ford Ranger with a cap.

Elgin would be great for me, but as you said, Battle Creek to northern Ohio is a bit of a stretch...

It just gets it a bit closer. I also have a friend who lives in MI and regularly comes to Columbus so we have an avenue to get it up from here closer to you.
A while ago he picked up a custom audio cabinet in MI and brought it down to me. I'll be going to Elgin in July and possibly again in April
