Brooklyn DAC+ as Phono Stage

Just curious if anyone in here has used a this DAC as their phono stage as well and what their impressions were from this application.

I have the original Brooklyn. Have used the phono a bit but not extensively. I think it sounds quite good. My cart is a very low output MC. It is quiet even on the MC setting and with the volume up quite a bit.

@saggy has I believe. I have the Brooklyn +. But have not used the Phono stage.

I only have the Brooklyn, not the +.

I am definitely satisfied with the phono stage but I haven't been able to compare anything on my current setup. I am running a Technics SL-1200 MKII with Ortofon 2M Blue, FWIW.

Their literature says it's like a $1,000,000 phono stage or something ridiculous. It's fine. It's transparent and clean. I think you'll need $500+ to beat it, probably. But I'm not sure.
