CA 800 Stereo Setting

Hi all! My CA 800 works in A B mono, but not stereo. If I put it in stereo, right channel works, and some sound comes through the left channel. If I switch to Reverse, the opposite happens: left works fine, very soft sound on the right. Help!

Welcome to AK... You have dirty oxidized mode switch..It really needs to be removed,disassembled and cleaned.

Thank you very much! I think that is beyond my expertise, so I’m gonna see if a tech can do a thorough inspection.
