Does the Google Chromecast Audio dongle support BNC connection?
What I would like to do is run the Google Audio dongle > male 3.5 mm male out to a BNC male connector into my DAC.
Wouldn't something like that work?
Something like this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071NDCW13/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A64JRSYTRERAS&psc=1

I can't find the equivalent at Parts-Express or Monoprice.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I would like to stream music with this set up through my tablet, phone, or computer. I think I was frustrated last year because it only worked sporadically with Amazon music and Spotify (you had to have premium), mainly because Google wanted you to use their service. This was when I was using an adapter that was toslink connections.
A diy friend wants me to buy a Raspberry Pi with all the add ons, to make a server, I assume, but I think I want to take baby steps.:music:

I bought a CCA a couple of weeks ago, it only supports Toslink for an external DAC.

Oh, Mark. That was what I was afraid of. My dac had that capability, but my friend convinced me to only go with the bnc input, and now that section is covered up in my brand new steel shell. :0(
