DAC rec for H/K AVR 70 (1996)?

Hi, I have a 1996-era Harman/Kardon AVR 70. All RCA. No HDMI, no optical in's. My Panasonic TV only has optical audio out; what is a good DAC to use?

Also, looking for a somewhat affordable Thorens turntable if you have suggestions. Of course, the AVR 70 has no phono preamp, so I'll have to get one of those as well when the time comes.

This is all you need for the TV (well, aside from the optical cable and the RCAs to connect to the H/K).

Very good point. DAC = > $90; turntable = > $150.
