Doc Martin anyone?

Every now and then my wife and I hit on something we both really like to watch together.
Most of the time she watches shows like Grey's Anatomy, The Voice, Criminal Minds, Aquarius etc, etc.
which I have not much interest in what so ever. (Aquarius ain't so bad but...)
I usually slink back off into my cave and watch PBS and a while back starting watching Doc Martin.
I loved it! Better than House, MD IMO...
Anyway, I suggested to my wife that we try it together starting with Season 1 on NetFlix and she loves it TOO!! SCORE! We are up to Season 5 now.
I just think Martin Clunes is a fantastic actor for the quirky character of Dr. Martin Ellingham and there are many other great actors and actresses that play the other quirky but lovable inhabitants of Portwenn, Cornwall, England.
We both give this one a 10 on the score cards.

I was a little disappointed when "Elaine" left so early in the series.

I always thought of Doc Martin as the British version of Northern Exposure (if anyone remembers that).
