[Dual 1229] Tone arm repair

I fixed the motor (linked here: http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?p=8764422#post8764422) and that was a success, but now the tone arm has an issue. At the end of a record, instead of returning all the way back to the rest, it stops halfway through the record and then sets down there. I don't know whats wrong... if I hit stop after that it returns back to the rest.

Glad you figured that out. Your stuerpimple is bad. There are many posts here on how to fix that. Your can get replacements on EBay. All three of my 1219s had that issue. My Dual 601 fell off, it had rotted away. Not to hard to fix.
