Elac Miracord 50H II or Dual 606?

I have an option to buy an Elec Miracord 50H II for $120 or a Dual 606 for $150
The elac has an Ortofon vms 20e mkii cartridge and the Dual has an Ortofon ULM55E cartridge. Both are in great shape from the pics sent to me.

Which of these 2 is the better buy in terms of sound reproduction forgetting about the $$

I would go Elac and never look back.
But I prefer idlers and I like that cart.

I have owned Dual and Elac, but not those models. I would go with the Elac too.

Go for the Elac/Miracord. Built like a tank, but very versatile tonearm that will work well with a wide variety of cartridges. I am running one with an Ortofon 2M Bronze, and other times with my old Empire 2000T, both sound great.

Elac. I've had several Duals and still have the Elac.
