have to agree about Samantha Fish. I've seen her a few times. She has the talent and drive to really be a force and has really improved during her career.
How about Beth Hart, either Solo or her duet albums with Joe Bonamassa. She has a great range and an expressive delivery. Got to admit tho, that sometimes her vibrato seems extreme to me.
