Finally rewired my Grado Laboratory Tonearm

You can see all the pics here at the SHF, I can't copy them over because they locked threads after 30 minutes and reposting from Photobucket is a pain, in case you ever plan on doing this yourself. It wasn't very hard at all. And the Mogami wire I used was just about perfect for the task -- that's the main thing I wanted to share here. Does anyone have a spare Grado Laboratory Series Tonearm rest. Last night I went to do the final touch and I can't find it after saving it for three years!! Grrrr.

how in the hekk is that thick of cable not going to interfere with arm movement?

He stripped the insulation, which should help somewhat...

nice job, man, congrats!

the magnet you mentioned underneath arm is missing on mine ... you don't happen to know how much original weighs do you?

best,
mike
