Fulton J model

I just bought a pair of Fulton J models and I'm wanting to know how much power they will take. The receiver I have isn'I enough to run them so I'm in need of a powered amp. I found some info on them but not much. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Ed

This article says they're rated at "60W program". I'd say a good clean 100 w/channel (not a HT receiver) should be fine. These appear to be (partial) ESLs from the 1970s, so there's a decent chance the electronics are in need of refurbishment.

What model receiver do you currently have?

Hey Ed (assuming you come back), let's see some pics. These look like they'd sound pretty impressive.

If he's talking about the modular big ones with the rTr electrostatic tweeters...wow! I would triamp them and add some DSP with a DCX2496 as the the original crossovers are dated at best. I heard them at a show while still in high school or college and was very impressed. The inventor ( Bob Fulton?) borrowed my tangent tracking Vestigial tonearm/ Thorens 125 turntable for the second half of the show.
