Help Identifying These Speakers

Hello, I am currently trying to buy some vintage JBL speakers. The seller provided me the following photos but I cannot figure out which model they are. They are located 5 hours away so I want to make sure that they are worth the trip. If anyone is able/willing to put on their detective hats I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Yes L100A, the quadrex foam has been removed and the glue is what you see left behind, normal, and it appears that there is a pair of grilles w/ frames that slide into the stock grilles like Huntley Audio sells.

The person had them listed for $50 and I was too late. I should've trusted my gut and just bought them right away. Lesson learned.

At least you didn't drive 5 hours to discover they were sold 4 hours ago for $100.
So true. That has happened to me 3 or 4 times. Last time was a month ago. I had arranged for pickup, checked and double checked with the seller that everything was good and that I am leaving right now for the 2 hour drive. He says to drive safe and see you in a couple hours. This is by voice too. When I was getting off the exit near his house 2 hours later he called and said that he had "forgot" he sold the items yesterday and that they were gone.
Sorry about the hijack but that one still is scabbed over.
I agree with the l100, but will that glue come off without damaging the MB? Sorry you missed them, it is probably better anyway.
