Help! Please identify this barn-fresh Fisher find

Bob - I wanted to attach that hi-res file of the EL34 amp underside, but does not look like the (upload a file) option did that. How do I just attach the file?

I will have to read up... I haven't had any luck uploading detailed photos. You can see that I tried twice on the schematics. Feel free to send by PM. I have quite a few custom diagrams for the amplifier which would be helpful but not of general interest.
