These are the final iteration of the original 50A amplifier design with the following differences:

1. Rectifier tubes are GZ34.

2. Output tubes are EL34.

3. Output tubes are wired for PENTODE operation.

4. A different OPT is employed that has a 70 volt secondary winding in addition to the (new) 4Ω and regular 8 and 16Ω taps.

5. Input tube is a 12AX7 instead of 12AU7, allowing original 12AU7 input stage to be eliminated.

6. Freed up 12AU7 section is now paralleled with its other half (bias regulator) to make for better regulator performance.

7. Unit is rated at 60 watts power output.

Other than these items, the circuit is still quite close to the original 50A design.

I hope this helps!
