I noticed it happened in Abbotsford BC. I lived there from 91-98, I know, I've seen a lot of stupid shit like that when I was there.

I agree with a few of the comments that there's nothing wrong with the way the boat is supported on the trailer as the straps and gravity do it all.

The No Brakes issue with it is another matter!
