I saw your other post, DB. Got me thinking about what they represented at the time. While the rest of popular music was pussifying, they held the R&B banner high...
Saw them at the Auditorium Theater in Chicago on the "Bloodshot" tour. Still got the clear red LP. First concert I ever saw where the band used small amps and miked the hell out of them. Was "Give it to me" the first popular reggae song??
