Here is a replica Taco 44 with side car I built from scratch 2009. It was built to show at the annual Griffith Park motorcycle side car rally Los Angeles. It had a rear wheel drum brake and a drum brake on the side car wheel. The rims and tires are the same as original ( except for the Tacos that had Go Power rims ) coming from Azusa Engineering that is still in business. The paint was a stock Krylon purple. It was fun to build and ride!

Probably never will again. The side car was not anything that Steens made for their Taco mini bikes. It was my concept and design to ad it for the side car rally
