L. S.New in 82, one owner, lost midhorn on one side. Anybody have this happen?

It will be a while before I can move the speaker out from the wall. Just wondering if anyone had this happen to them. I run a 3W tube amp with no problems with anything, up till now.Thanks Wayne.

Happens frequently. I'm assuming L.S. means LaScalas. Once you can pull it back from the wall, check the crossover connections. They are easily accessible from the rear. Often these simple screw down connections become loose over time. Check out each connection for tightness and any corrosion that may be present. Corrosion is rarely a problem unless these were stored in a non climate controlled area. Hope this turns out to be your problem source.
