Lounge Music

I listen to what *I* call 'lounge' yeah cos it's good to 'lounge' to, but my idea of it seems to differ from others as to what it means.
For example 'Kitaro' doesn't do it for me. My 'lounge' is on this continuum Funk > Groove > Lounge just gets a little slower and quieter as it goes along. Some might say Isaac Hayes or even Barry White would go in there but by the time it's gone that far I'd call it 'sleaze'.
Slow Femme Folk vocals are nice.

Well I kinda like Tipsy as well as the occasional Esquivel. Maybe some Martin Denny.
Otherwise there is a lot of Lounge to be found on Pandora. That's where I get a lot of ideas and exposure to dif, kinds of lounge.
