Just purchased a extremely nice example, so far I was able to get at the volume pot and gave it a few blasts of D5 and then worked it back and forth a million times. Is nice and quiet again ( it was not bad to start with)
The tone, balance controls are all quiet but the tone defeat switch is a bit noisy now and and then. So i pulled off the bottom cover thinking I could get at them all from there but no luck!
So I'm guessing that I may have to pull off the faceplate to access them all?
Any tips, help, videos would be greatly appreciated.
FWIW I picked up a R-115 for my Heresys and that receiver just blew me away , so I just had to get the big brother and wow its even sweeter if that is possible ;-)
