Hello all
I’m currently working on a very nice set of hd 660 speakers re finishing the cabinets and making sure the crossovers are up to spec.
While takeing apart one speaker I noticed that the crossover had caught fire at some point. Working on replacing caps but one of the coils along connected to the tweeter had melted off and was burnt. I’m trying to figure out what the spec of that coil was. It is a simple air inductor coil but couldn’t find any crossover specs online. Was wondering if anyone knows what kind of coil it is. Thanks
