Marantz PM 710 DC Amp

I picked this amp in a package deal for $50 (with a Marantz TT4000, no problems with the turntable).

I can get the amp to power up, but it seems the speaker relay is clicking and no output.

I have no knowledge of how to repair, is there someone in Atlanta or surrounding areas y'all would recommend to service this amp?
