MSB LINK DAC for newer CD players?

hello,
i've been using msb link dac (digital/analog converter) with upsampling upgrade to have 24 bit / 132.3 kHz rate. i used cheap dvd players and older model cd players with awsome results.
my question is that i'm thinking about buying a decent cd player for example Sony RCDW500C which has 24 bit digital/analog converter and frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz. will my link dac make any difference with this kind of cd player?
how much difference is there?

As a very general rule, internal or external DAC isn't the big issue. Rather, it's which DAC has better specs. Current 24/192 DACs usually outperform anything older. Obviously there are exceptions, but I've no actual experience with the MSB Link DAC, and don't know what its specs are. Good luck!
