Hi,
I have two DC300a amps. The second one I got yesterday off of CL from a guy who said it was acting up. Paid twenty bucks. One of the pots was loose so I took off the faceplate to tighten it down and noticed that this one has the IOC lights whereas my first one does not. There is a white w/black stripe wire that has disconnected from the board on top of the amp. This wire runs from a small pcb on the faceplate. I have examined the pcb into which it goes but cannot locate where it pulled out from.
I believe the amp will work without the IOC but it would be nice to figure it out. I cannot seem to find a service manual that includes the version with the IOC.
Wondering if anyone else does or at least a layout of the boards? The board with the IOC circuit (on the faceplate) is numbered 9716.
