what a rip off. I ordered an audioquest carbon fibre brush from them for $15. Okay cool. Shipping? I chose $10 UPS three day. man, the brush shows up seven days later shipped via USPS priority. I am dissapointed.

If I was to guess I would say that they were not able to ship all the way to Hawaii for $10 so they opted to send it USPS at a cheaper rate. At the very least they should have notified you of any change before shipping. That wasn't handled properly IMO.

That's exactly what they emailed back. Like you say though, they could have at least notified me. I guess they were afraid I'd just cancel my order.
