Just stumbled upon the site. Dug through an unopened movers box and extracted my Sansui 5000A that has been packed for some time. Bought new in a Navy Exchange and used for years until one channel went out. Attempted to repair it decades ago, but couldn't find the correct output transistors. (before there was an internet) Along the way, I've picked up a bunch of newer receivers to use and never got around to it. Might try one more time.
I had to leave my grand-dad's old tube Zenith radio with family during a move due to its size too.
