I've been reading a bit on here and decided I should just join. My current set up is a Marantz 2230 through klipsch r-26f and a synergy 10 inch sub. My technics turntable has recently kicked the bucket so I picked up a pioneer pl-51 which I plan to upgrade cart to otrofon 2m red or similar. Any pointers are always welcome lol. Thanks for having me.
 
Welcome to AK! If you pose your question about cartridge upgrades over in the turntable section, you'll probably get lots of suggestions!
 
Turntables don't "kick the bucket", they can be fixed! Just ask the crew here, we'll help. Poke about on the forums for advice, you'll get it. Enjoy, all are here to assist you in your endeavors. :bigok:
 
Welcome! And, don't trash your Technics yet...post your problem in the Turntables forum & see what transpires. Could be an EZ fix...and it's always nice to have a spare TT.
