Opera Consonance Isolde opinions

Was considering this table as there is one listed, without a cartridge, but I can’t find reviews or anything. At least in English, can anyone tell me how good this table is and what would be a reasonable price to pay for a used one in good shape? Thanks so much,

I did that search, found a opera consonance website with a link in German, a youtube video, again in German and a silent 2 minute video on you tube, no “review” articles and there is a gentleman selling on locally but is not including a cartridge and I wanted to know if it’s a good table, and what would be a decent price to consider, He is asking 650obo, just not sure of its value. it has the T8 tonearm, plinth and acrylic platter as well as dustcover, everything bu cartridge. Any tips are appreciated.
