The shutter fires continuously, I assume due to the compatibility of the manual bellows/auto exposure/auto focus.

So I pulled out all my old 35mm lenses & I tried a KALIMAR 60-300mm.... wouldn't even go on the K-R, the bayonet is marked "P/K - A~R. All of my other pre-historic lenses work as they should: 24-45mm f3.5 (1:3 1:4 1:6) & 70-222mm f3.5 (1:1.6 - 1:10) SOLIGOR both are real MACRO+ZOOM lenses with macro ring, SUPER TAKUMAR 135mm f2.5, PROMASTER 28mm f2.8 w/A-stop. My CELESTRON 500mm f5.6 spotter & C8 telescope did the same thing as the bellows, both of which utilized an adapter ring (screw M to bayonet K).

Maybe there is a custom K-R menu setting I've overlooked that would bypass the relevant contacts in the K-R bayonet mount?

Any advice would be appreciated.
