Hello all, I have an older Pioneer 3390 laser disc player my grandfather passed down to me, I cannot get it to power on using either remote or power button. I have verified input power of 120V to the board and the fuses have continuity, when the unit is plugged in i can hear the caps charge. I pulled the case and front panel and tried to jumper the power switch and no luck. Does anyone have a manual for the 3390 or even a 3090? i checked the documents under pioneer and didnt find anything. Please let me know what you think, thank you.
