Pioneer SX-780

The 780 was averaging $300 in working order on the bay a year or two ago. No kidding. Not that anyone can get that locally on CL.

I'd make sure you get to hear it playing, in stereo, both channels working. The Darlington output packs on these can go out and you lose a channel. I have one with a dead channel. There is a fix, AKers have designed a small circuit board you can build with a posted parts list. Original good quality Darlingtons are no longer available for this receiver.

If you're in a position to buy then BT is gonna be fun for you. I've had good results in BT though not in the usual way. If I have something I'm thinking of selling I visit BT and chances are there is a WTB ad for it. It's been great for paring down my collection and making sure they go to good homes.
