I am getting very near the 100 percent full line on my PM mailboxes. Is there any way to archive which allows search, or easy viewing?

I can get a text document, but it's not ideal. Is there a cool setup for this I don't know about?

I would also like to know more about any tricks to do that as I am in the same situation!
