It's tough. I 'relapsed' on the cigarettes this week.

There's a dude in my group who had the top third of his lung removed because of black spots. He still smokes.

Casey and your family are in my prayers. Yes the opioid problem is real it is causing more deaths than guns. So easy to get addicted from a prescription given for pain relief. Be careful.
